You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
• Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): For returns due to customer preference (e.g., ordered wrong size, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. You may use the carrier of your choice; we recommend using a trackable service.
