Authentic features include MX-frame geometry, motocross-style knobby tires, twist-grip throttle and a high-torque, chain-driven electric motor for rides at speeds up to 8 mph (13 km/h) and 40 minutes of continuous use. At PLAY PANDA LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Fees & Shipping
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
• Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): For returns due to customer preference (e.g., ordered wrong size, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. You may use the carrier of your choice; we recommend using a trackable service.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.
3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include your proof of purchase.
• Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
